HelpingHands Milk Bank benefiting Susan G. Komen

Over the past 13 years, Prolacta Bioscience has contributed more than $1.8M to Susan G. Komen® to support breast cancer research. Through their Helping Hands milk bank, Prolacta donates $1.10 per ounce of donated breast milk, with a guaranteed minimum donation of $25K annually to Susan G. Komen. Helping Hands enables their qualified donors to make their breast milk donations from the comfort of their home. Their breast milk is used by Prolacta to make human milk fortifiers, standardized human milk, and other human milk nutritional products. These 100% human milk products are sold to neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) throughout the world to help critically ill, premature babies.

About Prolacta Bioscience Inc.

“We are proud to support Susan G. Komen while making it possible for moms to donate their excess breast milk to help premature infants in neonatal intensive care units.”
