Fujifilm and Komen are proud to partner to educate the breast cancer community on the Komen Patient Care Center and the importance of early detection through screenings.

According to the National Cancer Institute, one in eight women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some time during their life.  Screening tests can help detect breast cancer at an early stage when the chances of survival are highest. The key is to find the disease early so treatment can start earlier.

Fujifilm is passionate about improving women’s health by improving access to breast health education and developing innovative breast screening tools that are designed to aid in the detection of breast cancer. In addition to advancing technologies for breast health, Fujifilm’s ‘Aspire to Be Fearless’ mobile mammography coach bus tours the nation to host educational opportunities for clinicians, raises awareness about the importance of screening, and seeks clinical partners to provide mammograms to underserved populations in key locations.
