Since 2019, Walgreens has raised more than $30 million to improve the health and well-being of people living with cancer nationwide.

Through a unique partnership with Walgreens, Susan G. Komen® and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Walgreens has raised over $30 million through a combination of corporate donations and in-store fundraising.

Walgreens and Komen are in your corner as a trusted resource and support system to help eliminate barriers to care for individuals and communities experiencing breast health inequities.

When you visit your local Walgreens from Feb 15-29, 2024, you can donate at the register to support LLS and Komen. The funds raised will be used by LLS and Komen to advance new cancer research and provide programs and services to improve access to care and save lives.

In 2019, Walgreens launched the Feel More Like You™ program to offer an integrated approach to cancer care with specially trained Walgreens beauty and wellness consultants and pharmacists working in select stores to provide personalized expertise and support to people living with cancer. Most recently as part of Feel More Like You, Walgreens created a ten-part podcast that explores how living with cancer not only impacts health, but identity. With a panel of experts, the first-of-its kind podcast offers advice on what to expect during cancer treatment, and personal stories to help individuals feel more like themselves.

I am continually inspired by how our customers support the health and wellbeing of our community. This year marks the culmination of four years of donations to Susan G. Komen and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I am proud to share that Walgreens customers have contributed $30 million over four years for people and families impacted by breast and blood cancers. Your contributions will help fund research of these tough-to-treat cancers and provide resources to patients and their families impacted by these diseases. My sincere thanks to our customers who have shown great care for our communities.
