I was diagnosed in 2013 with stage 3 in the right breast and stage 1 in the left breast. I underwent 22 weeks of chemo, then seven weeks of radiation, a bi-lateral mastectomy, and a year of Hercepton. Biopsy of residual tumor tested positive for the Her2 receptor. I have been left with peripheral nearopathy in both legs, a heart condition, and lung damage from the radiation, and tooth loss from the chemo and radiation. I cannot seem to overcome the damage from this disease. I try everyday, but to no avail symptoms pop up every day. I just want to be happy again.
