Survivor

I know what it means to be strong. Being a twice survivor of breast cancer tested my strength. I honestly will say I didn’t know I could survive such a life changing experience. I was first diagnosed in 1999 and then again in 2006. I truly believe and know that my faith in God is what got me through and keeping me alive and cancer free even today. I know that the love of friends and family has been a great influence on my life. Fighting to survive cancer is truly a challenge, but as I look back on those days of treatment I realize now that God has proven to be bigger than cancer and the obstacles that come with being a cancer survivor. My advice to anyone that is fighting or just be diagnosed is to trust God and never give up. I am fighting each and every day and I claim my healing .
