Employee Engagement
As we look ahead to Black History Month and Women’s Health Month, now is a perfect time to partner with Komen to launch an impactful wellness campaign or employee engagement program. Our Employee Engagement Program gives your company and employees access to world-class breast cancer content, as well as volunteer programs and fundraising campaigns they’ll be excited and proud to participate in. We will work with you step-by-step to support your corporate health and wellness, employee engagement and community impact goals.
-
Host a Lunch & Learn – a lunch and learn is a great way to engage your company through an educational presentation designed to help your employees understand their breast cancer risk, where to go for help, and how to get involved with Susan G. Komen.
-
Start a corporate team for the MORE THAN PINK Walk – Creating a Walk Team enables companies to engage employees, virtually or in-person, fostering camaraderie and instilling a strong sense of pride among employees.
-
Volunteer – From setting up a volunteer team to help out at the Walk to inviting employees to join our Executive Leadership Committee, there are plenty of opportunities for your people to help us create a memorable event. Fill out a volunteer inquiry form here!

Sponsorships – Sponsoring a Komen event is a powerful way to express your company’s social responsibility among employees, customers, and the breast cancer community. We offer unique sponsorship benefits.
