A Major Step Forward For Women Across Wisconsin
The Wisconsin State Assembly recently passed Gail’s Law, a bipartisan bill that will eliminate out‑of‑pocket costs for medically needed supplemental breast cancer screenings for women with dense breast tissue or elevated risk factors. The law will help ensure that critical follow‑up imaging are based on clinical need—not cost—leading to earlier detection.
