COVID-19 Quarantine and Your Mental Health

Many of us have been sheltering-in-place and practicing quarantine protocols for some time now. It got us wondering, how has the COVID-19 quarantine affected your mental health?

Heather and Mat are no strangers to sheltering-in-place, and self-quarantined a year-and-a-half ago to protect Heather’s compromised immune system during treatment for breast cancer.
